Buy Your Erskine Memorial Plaque
Welcome to the Erskine Memorial Plaque site where you can create a memorial plaque in memory of a loved one. Plaques will be set into feature walls in the Erskine Centenary Garden to remain as lasting tributes.
The Erskine Centenary Garden features a paved memorial walkway winding through woodland filled with trees, shrubs and wild flowers on the Erskine Estate in Bishopton, Scotland. The Garden brings together three existing memorial sites; ‘The Regimental Walls of Scotland’, ‘Japanese Prisoners of War Memorial’ and ‘The Lost Gardeners of The Great War’ and offers a peaceful environment for remembrance and reflection.
You can create a Memorial Plaque for anyone. Whether they have Served or not, this is a lovely way to honour them.
The Lost Gardeners of The Great War pictured above features as part of the Memorial Garden where Memorial Plaques will be placed.
Erskine – A Century of Care
Erskine was founded in 1916 to provide care for sailors and soldiers returning from the battlefields of World War One. 100 years later and Erskine continues to provide care to ex-Service men and women who require nursing, residential, respite, palliative or specialist dementia care.
Operating four purpose built care homes across Scotland, Erskine provides support to around 1,000 members of the ex-Service community and their families each year.
All Erskine residents benefit from exceptional on-site services such as physiotherapy, speech and language therapy and recreation outings and activities, all of which greatly enhance their daily lives.
In all that we do, our main charitable mission remains to enable members of the ex-Service community to access the best care and support to achieve maximum quality of life. For as long as the demand exists, Erskine will continue to care.
